How do I place an order?
Its a very simple process. You can make a selection by tabbing on your choice of invitation. You will then have drop down options for card stock selection and envelope selection etc. There will be a text box to enter the wording you would like to appear on your invitations. Lastly enter the quantity and checkout.
For photo invitations please email your photo with your customer ID number to sales@theinvitationcollection.com.au.
How long does the process take?
Within 2 business days of placing your order you will receive a proof to view and if need be to make changes. Once you except proof there will be a lead-time of 10 -15 business days before shipping. We will send you an email to advise when it has left from us.
How can I send my photos to you?
You can either email photo or send a cd to us with your name and customer order number. Please ensure it is high-resolution 300pi size.
What material are your invitation made of?
Our Invitations are made out of high quality heavy weight cards stock. Some of the options include Smooth Silk, Shimmer Ice White or a beautiful Velvet White Card. We also use specialty paper, crystals ribbons and many more embellishments to create our handmade designs.
Can I change the colour scheme of my selected invitation?
Yes, no problem we can work around any colour scheme. There is no charge for colour customisation.
What is the printing process used?
Depending on the desired effect we use professional digital printers, photo printers and injet printers.
How do I order a sample?
You may either email your sample request or complete the process on line by tabbing on the Invitation Sample category on the left hand side. Tab again on Order a Sample, choose the size of the invitation you liked, enter the name of the invitation and then checkout. Postage is free. Stationary samples such as rsvp cards, thank you cards are available on request.
What payment method do you accept?
Payment is taken in full, we accept pay pal, direct debit, money order and cheque but please note we cannot proceed until all payment has been cleared in our account.
Can I order less than your minimum quantity of 50?
Yes you can but it may be charged at a higher rate than quantities over 50. Please contact us to for a quote.
