Acceptance of terms and conditions
Once you have paid and approved of your invitation proof than it is considered that you have accepted all terms and conditions outlined below.
Prices & Payment
All prices are in Australian dollars inclusive of GST and can be adjusted at any time with out notice. We require full payment to proceed with your order.
In the event that we are out of stock with production material for your chosen invitation we will offer you an alternative that you are not obliged to accept.
Postage and handling
We use registered post to ensure you receive your order at a flat charge of $20.00 Australia wide. You need to be home to sign for goods. If you are not home then the postman will leave a card advising you of the nearest post office that you can pick your invitations up from.
The Invitation Collection takes the best possible precautions to ensure your order gets to you and intact by registering the package and also by the protective way we package your order. The Invitation Collection is not liable for any delays or damages once it has been dispatched.

Please be aware that as your invitations will be run through a digital press or other printing process. The colour of the invitation viewed on the computer screen may vary with the printed material as both use a different way of processing colour that is why we suggest you order samples if you are unsure.
Cancelation and Refund
We are not in liberty to refund you if you change your mind once you have accepted your design proof.
A design proof will be sent to you with in 2 business days for your approval. Please check it thoroughly for spelling eras. The Invitation Collection takes no responsibility once your invitations have been printed.
The Invitation Collection does not disclose your private and confidential information nor do they pass it on to any third party. We reserve the right to make changes of our terms and conditions at any time.
